Where is the Coolant Temperature Sensor located?

6.0 engine.

Hi,
A 6.0L wasn't offered, Chances are you are referring to a 5.9L 360CI engine. If I am correct, the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor is installed into a water jacket at the front of the intake manifold located near the rear of the alternator. See pic 1 below
The remaining pictures are the directions for the removal and replacement of the sensor. Take a look through them and let me know if it helps or if you have other questions.
