Hi, I am having an issue with my car lsited above SE Ecoboost. Yesterday I was on the highway going about 75-80 and my car overheated and shut down on me. I was able to pull over before it shutdown. My car gave me a "Coolant overtemp " light so I let it sit for an hour, added coolant and it started my car, once I tried to pull off it was just rolling as if it was in neutral, there was little to no movement so I got it towed. When I popped the hood there was no smoke no bubbling or pressure in the coolant tank/radiator but there was a puddle on the ground, not sure if it was a leak because it had no color. I was told by others that my car shut down as a safety feature? And it could be a thermostat, radiator hose or something like that. This car is basically new has 57,000 miles on it so I am not sure what happen!
