I have a coolant leak in the cabin of my van, I have no visible signs of coolant" wet spots, stains, low coolant" but my nose knows! I started taking apart the rear panels to get to the rear core hoping for good luck, no joy. I only smell it while driving, and there is moisture around the low pressure AC hose. It is not running hot and I do not see much corrosion and I have checked out the hoses from the rear core with no signs. I am stumped. I have five days to complete this job. I am moving on and gifting it to my 81 year old mother, while she is quite a pain in my buttocks, I do not want to worry about the old broad. Have I missed something? Any help would me appreciated. Thanks again!

Good afternoon

Did you pressure test the system??

It may be a heater core in the front that could be leaking. that you will not see unless you open the heater housing assembly.

Also, are you sure it is not a refrigerant leak?? freon smells like coolant as well.
