My temperature gauge will say my car is overheating when driving and the engine is not even hot, but when stopped it will go back down to normal or a little lower. I added coolant to the radiator and noticed that there was coolant leaking behind my passenger tire just could not find out from where exactly. Recently got it fixed for a blown hose under the throttle body.

would check the hoses, there may be a leak where you do no't see it. I believe that the reason it goes to hot is that there is not enough coolant in the engine and when you idle the coolant flows. Have a pressure test done on the coolant system. that should show where it is leaking. you say you had a leak fixed, just wonder if it could be from the same area.
