coolant leak

Have an antifreeze leak was told it was a freeze pug it doesnt always leak and when the people that were going to fix it came it wasnt leaking so they wouldnt fix it my question at the moment because its hot out and must take dog to vet is Would running the air conditioner in truck make antifreeze leak worse?

If they were real mechanics they would have known to simply pressure test the system to find the leak. This is pretty basic knowledge for a mechanic.
