I have a 1998 Saturn SC2. My tensioner broke on my alternator and my car shut down one area at a time while driving. I towed it home and replaced the tensioner. I drove 30 minutes today and noticed my coolant was on the ground when I arrived at my destination. My temp gauge was Not at the H, it was slight over halfway on the meter, so there is no overheating. Would these issues be related? Where should I check for leaks? Am I looking at a busted Water Pump or Coolant Tank?

The problem is you only have one temp sender for the gauge and the computer that fails often. So to say it didn't overheat because the gauge said you didn't can't be trusted. It could be overheating from a bad a temp sending unit fan motor you could have a leak or a bad radiator cap.I would pressure test it for a leak and test the cap first. They rent the pressure tester cap and adapter at auto zone.
