Coolant coming out of overflow tank

I changed the coolant at 96,000 miles and now it is dripping coolant out of the overflow tank hose. I don't know what the problem is. I am trying to avoid the thought of it being a head gasket.

Good evening,

Did you replace the radiator cap? If the cap is bad, it will spill fluid from the tank.

If that is not it, then it may be a hose or a leak in the tank.

No, my van has a radiator cap on the radiator and an overflow tank. The overflow tank has a hose at the top that spills on the ground. I am assuming that's in case it is overfilled. The coolant is leaking out of the hose that I mentioned earlier.
