Coolant leaking

There is coolant leaking when it is parked on passenger side, front only. No coolant on passenger floorboards. Does not overheat, but heater will not work when coolant is low. It appears it leaking from a radiator hose. Is that a reasonable conclusion? Also, should not the antifreeze (green) be diluted for optimum performance? Does not adding water increase boiling point and lower freezing point and also make for better cooling?

No, that wouldn't be a reasonable conclusion as there are dozens of possible leak sources. You need to pressure test the cooling system and follow the leak back to it's source as it can travel a long ways before dripping.

The coolant should always be used at a 50/50 mix, not only for cooling but to protect the cooling system from rusting out and clogging up.

Thank you ! I was told today that I did not know what I was talking about when I said the antifreeze needed to be diluted. I will have it pressure tested.

Just beware that some coolant is sold "pre-deluted". That should be stated on the container and is usually cheaper than the full strength.
