convertible top want come down,cruise want work.ABS lite is on.will that cause these2 items not 2 work

my top want come down.hear it make a click noise behind left rear panel.the panels are in place in the trunk.also my cruise want work.my ABS lite is on .will this lite on cause the top an cruise not work.the top lite comes on saying top down in progress.

no top is separate from that. have battery checked for condition including load test first then have it scanned for codes to see if sensor is bad.
