I need to manually lower the Convertible Top

There is a manual lock knob inside the trunk. Just unlock it and you should be able to lower it.

Just purchased car on the twenty first of October and the owner did not have it. Where can I get one?

You can try a dealer or you may be able to down load one form the internet, i just had a look there is a few available to down load just look at them and make sure it is right for your exact model.
