Convertible top

Has an issue when closing and i found one of the cables is getting interwoven on one side, in order for me to fix it i need to unlatch the back portion of the top. First the two moves back like a sunroof, and then it is supposed to unlock the back portion, i am trying to find if there is a way to do that manually.

I just looked through the others, and don't see how they would be better. So, I had to break it down further. Take a look at the pic I attached below. It covers everything I have. Do you see anything there that would help?
