Had to change my starter and battery. now my controller for heat, air , heated seats etc., will not come on at all.

Hello,
It sounds like you had a voltage surge which popped a fuse ( there are 5 fuses, #16, 54, 21, 11 and 17). here is a guide to help you check the fuses with the fuse locations along with the HVAC system wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
