Constant P0420 code?

Cat code keeps popping up, I have replaced the spark plugs, MAP sensor, air filter, and O2 sensors. Codes keep popping up, but I don’t believe it is my Catalytic. I have attached all readings for the venicle and everything is within normal range both idling and driving.

The P0420 code indicates that the catalytic converter is not functioning as efficiently as it should be. So, it looks like the catalytic converter is bad here is how to change it out in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
