Condenser fan doesn't work?

The fan is ok The positive reaches to the fan But negative doesn't?

So, on the condenser fan the ground is solid all the time there is no switch or relay. Here is the wiring diagrams for the system so you can check out how the cooling fan work and where the ground is located. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. Ken
