Just put a new motor in it need to reset the computer how do I do that?

The easiest way on these vehicles to reset it is to unhook the battery for 30 seconds as it states in this attachment. That will clear codes but also force a relearn of adaptives.
However, this is not necessary just because you put a new motor in. Once the new engine starts and runs the adaptives will change to run off the new engine.
