computer bashboard readings

hello, the dashboard keeps reading liftgate ajar, oil change needed, brake fluid low and the brake light stays on. all these continue to flash across bashboard but they are all closed, full and just changed oil. Can you advise me on what would cause this so I could give my wife some assurance that's nothing is wrong because she drive this vehicle? Thanks
