Cables hooked up wrong on jump start, computer damage

I had to jump start the car today but the man helping me connected the jump leads to his car the wrong way round now my computer has gone down. I have headlights and heater works but the radio and Sat Nav do not.

Hello,

Can you tell me if the rear window defroster is working? If not it looks like you may have a blown maxi fuse 110 amp in fuse panel A near the battery. Here is a guide to check it for power on both sides and the location as well:
