After timing belt broke and replaced, zero compression cylinder one and two and thirty in cylinder three and ninety in cylinder four.

You have an interference engine. Basically, when it broke, the valves and pistons hit each other. I hate to say it, but I have never seen one survive it. From a professional stand point, replace the engine. The head is shot and chances are there is damage to the pistons. However, if you want to have your mechanic check it, maybe I am wrong. The only other thing is if you totally have the timing wrong.
