My command system comes on but I can't hear sound from the radio.Fuses have been checked and they are okay. But still no sound.

Hello,
It sounds like the front SAM control module is out. To be sure lets do a CAN scan which will run through all modules to pinpoint the issue. here is a video on the job being done. You can get a CAN scanner for about $50.00 on Amazon, make sure it does Mercedes. Also here are the wiring diagrams for the Command and auto pilot which work together so you can see how the system works and which fuses run the system (please double check).
