It just increases temperature in the first fifteen minutes when I started it, but the coolant looks full in its container.

Hi Ken, I bought an new thermostat but it still heats up like water not circulating enough.

Yes, I have seen where the water pump impeller falls of the pump so no coolant can circulate. I would remove the thermostat and refill with water then start the engine you should see water flowing. To be absolutely sure I would remove the upper radiator hose and start it water should rush out if not the water pump is no good and need to be replaced.
