Disconnect negative cable, begin removing driver side actuators(2), replace with new 604-024 actuators, move to passenger side remove actuator and replace new. Reconnect battery, run calibration test but failed. (Actuator 3 (Re-circulation ) Calibration Failed. Check codes Have 3 B11cd-00 main left temperature door travel too far, B105d-00 re-circulation door travel range too far, B11ec-12 Cabin Temperature control short to battery. Ran function test and the re-circulation actuator pulse was about half (743) compared to main left and mode actuator (running around 1440) pulse. According to what I was seeing the fan speed switch is what is controlling the re-circulation actuator, the values in fan speed 0-100 would not register on scan tool until I pushed the re-circulation button in the middle of the fan speed switch even though the fan speed would change high or low by loving the switch back and forth, it would not register on scan tool. Is my next step to change out the AC/heat control switches in the dash or have y’all hear of this happening before? Or does it sound like the dash needs to come out? I’m at a loss.

Based on these codes then yes, the A/C controller would be the likely cause as they are not related in other ways. However, let's step back and tell us why you originally replaced these parts. Was this the issue prior or is this a new issue after you replaced them?

Problem was with the lack of Freon, as soon as we charged the system accordingly we got A/C blowing cold through all vents and in all modes. Changed the mode door originally because customer heard clicking when adjusting modes and HVAC code said it was bad B11cd-00, but thanks for the help.
