I'm going to shoot you a diagram. I think it covers 1976 - 1978.

I colored this in myself using Microsoft Paint, it's much harder to follow in black and white.

Due to the diagrams not giving wire stripes/tracer colors, I "winged" it by "Dotting"/ "Dashing" those wires with the main color (given) You'll have to hands on the wires to determine what the stripes color really is.

I had no other way to denote those wires (the dotted ones) without digging into a 1978!

Not knowing your objectives with your Jeep,

I can also send info/ pics if you want to lose the really crappy Prestolite system and convert to the much better "Motorcaft" system (like I did for my '77) which came out in CJs in 1979.
