Coil location

I bought a used engine for my truck and it didn't come with a coil. I need to know where the coil is located because I saw something in my pickups engine compartment that I think might be it, but I am not positive. I would like to know what a coil looks like and where it is located.

I attached a diagram of where it is and what it looks like. Let me know if you need more information. If you need to, take a picture of your engine compartment and I will see if I can locate it.
