I've attached a series of step-by-step diagnostic pictures below to help you.
P1516 (TAC) throttle actuator control module throttle actuator position performance.
P2101 The indicated throttle position does not match the predicted throttle position.
Both dtc's use the same testing procedure I've attached. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
