Codes P0011, TCU with "P" flashing and C0071

Stability control and engine lights on solid, sport driving indicator and cruise lights flashing. All came on one day, went away a few days later, and continued this cycle for about two week. Always came on at highway speeds on straight roads.
EGI Fail P0011
TCU Fail "P" flashes
ABS Fail C0071

More then likely this is due to a steering angle sensor issue. It could be the sensor or the wiring. I attached the testing below that we need to run through in order to figure out what the possible causes are.

Unfortunately we need to run through the testing to figure this out as there could be a number of different issues. Also, it may come and go which points to an electrical connection issue but again, this is just a guess until we run through this testing.
