Codes for misfire and water pump?

I deleted the codes to see if they come back, it had misfire on all cylinders but drives fine. also, a code for water pump going faster than target, i scanned it and it shows this. No overheating. No misfiring. Also, there were codes for throttle pedal sensor.

I would clear all codes because it says zero misfire count but shows a code, it could be a glitch in the system. Also, how is the coolant condition? It might be the cooling system needs a service that's why the rotational speed is too high. How does the engine seem to run? It could be the engine has a blown head gasket and it is pushing gases inside the cooling system allowing the water pump to turn too fast, this would account for the engine misfire as well. Let's do a chemical check to confirm the failure.
