Code P0420?

i want to no where is the three-way catalytic converter bank 1 located, so i can replace it. getting code P0420. The car runs fine. i just know it is time to replace the cat. just need a diagram and which one since the car has two cats.

P0420 is the bank one converter. The bank one is on the side with number one cylinder. On the 3.5 that is the right side of the engine or facing the firewall in the case of the Murano. To remove it you remove the O2 sensor then the lower bolts that hold the exhaust pipe in place. Now you remove the two bolts that go up through the cat into the manifold. Then the two nuts that are on the rear studs. Those can be a bear to access, you can remove the cowl extension to gain access. To install you reverse the process.
