Codes 12 and 14?

The odometer and speedometer do not work. The tachometer shows it idle at 4,000 but idle is fine. This is how I got the car, not much of its history was provided. Also, I know this might be a totally different problem. The overdrive does not kick in as if it’s stuck in a high gear. If I remove the air filter seems to work fine.

Hi,

The idea that the OD doesn't work properly until the air box is removed, check the wiring going to it for damage, bare wires, and make sure the connectors are clean, tight, and free of corrosion. Something may be getting moved.

Next, pic 1 below identifies the codes. Pics 2 and 3 are the diagnostics specific to the codes you gave me. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.
