In 1995 it was the last year of the OBD1 cars. So, here is the way you run the codes:

Make sure you have new spark plugs and you have changed the fuel filter and air filter out. Let me know what codes you have so we can help fix the car for you.

Yes, the a +b wire jump the terminals did not do anything I don't know what to do. I'm tired of buying new parts that don't fix the problem.

I hear you; can you check the orange wire at the OBD1 connector for power? This guide can help, we will find the problem hang in there.

Good, now check the blk and the blk/wht wires for ground at the ALDL.

Just connect the test light to the power side of the battery.

I don't think the tester wire is long enough to do that.

I would reconnect the wires that were cut to install the alarm, just match wire color to wire color and you should be good to go.

So, I wired the security box back up and everything works with that now. The car starts if I give it a little gas, but it backfires, and I have to keep foot on gas pedal or it will shut off. if I try start without foot on gas pedal it just almost starts and shakes the hole car pretty bad I don't know what to do, and I tried to read codes by jumping a wire to the a+b ports and nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I would check all fuses and if okay I would send the PCM in for testing, here is the location and how the job is done. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
