code PO763 shift solenoid C electrical

Thats the scanner says. I want to know if this solenoid is onside the transmission.
The problem i have is that the car does not run with power, like it doesn't want to acelerate then suddenly it does

yes it's inside the transmission. see pic for causes but it can also be an internal trans problem.
