I’m getting code P2111, I even replaced the throttle body along with the gasket and still nothing. Also, in the process I replaced the connector for the MAP sensor as well as the purge valve as those two had nicks in the wiring or were just loose.

Hello,

The code
P2111 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Stuck Open

This can get triggered due to issues with the circuit, as well as the actuator itself that you have already changed. It can be also due to the ECM.

I have attached the trouble shooing guide for the code below for your reference. Follow those steps as it can help you determine the issue.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.

What wiring connectors would you focus on that are directly linked up with the throttle body? I ask cause I had a rubber tie down strap running from the underside of the hood pulled down between the front side of the intake manifold directly to the lower underside of the SUV and I assume the heat snapped it cause I was literally sitting in traffic due to an accident for about 45 minutes and I heard it pop and honestly didn’t think anything about it but roughly 20 minutes later not even immediately or anything I started experiencing signs like the purge valve was stuck and honestly that’s what I assumed it was. so, I even replaced that along with the throttle body after that didn’t fix the issue cause at that time. I wasn’t even getting any type of codes. I didn’t get any code until I started unplugging wiring connector inspecting the wiring which I found issues at the map, purge valve and then the throttle body harness but honestly that one the I'm way it’s wired in the loom is so freaking tight that all the wires have always been kind of folded over, but I actually tried to unfold them I think creating this issue of P2111. definitely the map connector had some pretty good gashes, and the purge was very loose, and I repaired those the best possible as I didn’t have much room to work with due to the location of the gashes in the wires and the map sensor connector was pretty rough due to the age. Plus, I was thrown off thinking at first it ripped out a wire as it’s meant to or can have four wires going in that connector. (The new map connector came with four wires but instead of removing that extra wire I kind of folded it up and used that heat shrink tubing for that wire and just shrunk the folded wiring all together. Is that okay or not?

Sorry for the late reply.
As long as the extra wire is not attached to anything and not making contact it is fine.
You want to first focus on the throttle actuator harness.
