I have the vehicle listed above 3.0si and received the code P2096. I have changed the downstream injector. However, there does not seem to be a leak in either the upstream or downstream. Not really sure where to go from here since it does not seem like I have a leaking or broken injectors. And am not too sure if there is a working or good catalyst converter cleaner on the market. Any suggestions or someone who has run into the same issue?

This can be caused by a vacuum leak or a clogged fuel filter or a bad MAF sensor, I do the vacuum leak check first. Please use this guide when the engine is cold only:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge

If no leaks are found, please change out the fuel filter which is a normal maintenance item. The location is in the images below. And finally, the MAF sensor needs to be replaced. Also, the location and instructions are in the images below.

This guide can help as well:

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
