Code p1652, Powertrain induced chassis pitch output circuit?

I have my car listed above, is at the shop. This is the code that came up. I have 4 codes actually, but this is one of them. I was told that depending on what they find out that this job could end up being thousands upon thousands of dollars, is this true?

No, you could fix this problem yourself if you want to. The PCM is probably the issue, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. But I would check all the fuses with the key on.
