So we replaced the crankshaft sensor. the car remains to still not accelerate and won’t go over 20 mph.

I have good and bad news. First, the code is related to a knock sensor and not the crankshaft position sensor. That's the bad. Next is the good news. I believe there to be a recall on this issue. If I recall, it dealt with a premature bearing wear issue and believe it or not, Kia is replacing engines. Now I can't guarantee your vehicle qualifies, but you need to contact a dealer. There were even issues regarding this code and engine compartment fires, so let them make the determination. However, I would not drive it until it can be inspected.
The recall was started in 2018. At that time, a diagnostic trouble code (P1326 – Knock Plausibility) specific to the knock sensor is recorded by the vehicle's computer. The vehicle will still run in what is called Limp Home Mode, but will accelerate slowly and have a reduced maximum speed. Engine RPM will be limited to around 2000 RPM max.
Based on what I read, you need to have it checked by them.

I was just ready to send this and found the original bulletin regarding this issue. It can cause a fire or it can cause premature engine wear. I had to break the page into two parts so you could read it. I did overlap it. See pictures 1 and 2.
