After driving with a cold engine for about ten minutes car starts shifting hard and erratically. Sometimes popping code p0730. Problem started after a crack in the coolant reservoir sprayed coolant all over engine block and car was almost overheating. when I refilled coolant I noticed it was quite gunky so I drained it and refilled. I got codes p0130 and P0140. so I replaced the thermostat and the coolant temperature sensor and cleaned the MAF sensor with electrical cleaner. Those codes have stayed away, but now i continue to have sporadic shifting after engine is warm and sometimes pop code 0730. I checked the level of ATF and it was a quart low so I filled it with Honda ATF fluid. Car runs slightly better but still problem continues once car has driven a few miles. I have an air intake similar to the K & N intakes which may possibly be part of the issue.

I am not sure what to check or test next as I am pretty sure it is not the transmission itself because it worked fine before and it works for the first few miles and then it has problems. this leads me to believe it is some sensor causing these issues. I have done a lot of maintenance on this car and would like to keep it running if at all possible as it is otherwise in great shape.
Please help.

Good afternoon.

I attached a list of possibilities.

it could be a solenoid that got wet and it is shorted.
