So, with these codes it can make it so the transmission will not work, especially the first code.

P0705 - Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction (PRNDL Input)

P0685 - ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit /Open

The first thing I would do is make sure the system grounds are connected and the gear range sensor is plugged in, here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Yep, then need fluid to work, do you have the correct fluid level now? Also did you clear the codes after replacing the neutral safety switch? Also, can you double check to make sure the CV axles are plugged into the transaxle completely?

Hey, first question, now the level correct. Second question, I cleared the codes now the OBD check no codes. Third question, the CV axles plugged completely. But the problem is still when i turn on the engine and try to drive on D or R the eng forced off.

But now after put oil to AT the car better than before. When turn on and off eng more than once time the AT working. But when i turn off eng the problem came again !!!!!!

It sounds like the torque converter has fallen apart internally. But we can try the replace the valve body solenoids to see if that helps. Can you upload a short video of what the problem is? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
