Just had all four 02 sensors replaced. Now, though the car isn't stalling, it's running a little rough at idle and has a little hesitation. I read about it being a catalytic converter, bad fuel, over filled tank, bad spark plugs. Is there ways to narrow down of any of these things are the cause? Is it "fixable" without changing the converter? If I have to change the converter, will running it like this mess with the spark plugs? The engine light is on but not blinking.

Hello,

Code P0430 means that the oxygen sensor downstream of the catalytic converter on bank 2 is detecting that the converter is not working as efficiently as it should be (according to specs). It is part of the vehicle emissions system.

Reasons for this code to set.
The catalytic converter is no longer functioning properly.
An oxygen sensor is not reading (functioning) properly. This could be a bad sensor or a bad wiring connection.
There is an exhaust leak.

Bad spark plugs, poor running(tune) or a misfire can affect the converter's efficiency.
Once a catalytic converter has gone bad it will need to be replaced.

See catalytic converter information.

Hope this helps.
