So, I know this code is for the secondary air system. I have had it cleaned out, the air pump tested good, the filter in the air pump has been cleaned. What could keep causing this code to come up? What should I try?

So do you have a code p0410?If so you could have a leaking broken vacuum line to the combination valve on top of the AC compressor.Or the combination valve on top of the AC compressor might be bad and not holding vacuum. You can test it with a hand vacuum pump along with the vacuum source to the combination valve solenoid with the hand vacuum pump. That's the first thing I would check if you know the air pump is working. How do you know the ports in the head and the pipe going into the head are clear?

Let's see about other things I mentioned first.Cleaning the ports in the head require removing the exhaust manifold and is labor intensive.

So again did it test bad or are you just trying to replace parts and hope it fixes it?Iam factory trained tech and know these cars well.Rent a hand vacuum pump from auto zone to test the combo valve and it's vacuum source.

Ok. I was finally able to have i checked and put onto a computer. The mechanic said it is a bad solenoid. Is this the same part you were talking about?

No that's the solenoid that turns the vacuum on to the combination valve I was telling you to see if it's holding vacuum.I highly doubt it's that solenoid I have never replaced one for that code.I seen people guess they are bad and replace them and still get the code back. It's going to be hard to find one there can't be that many new ones out there and there not going to make a aftermarket one.It way more likely that you have a bad combination valve or plugged up air injection ports or a bad vacuum supply line or something along those lines. The first thing I always check first is the vacuum supply line and the combination valve.that's mostly what I have seen set those codes.
