po145 is the code it keeps reading. I’ve changed all 3 sensors, service light went off for about a day and came back on. What can it be now

P0145 Oxygen sensor behind catalytic converter, slow response.
Unfortunately you do not mention which 3 sensors you have replaced.
Below is a picture of the rear Oxygen sensor location and of what a new Oxygen sensor looks like.
