Code p0108, hesitation, rich fuel, catalytic converter very hot, stalls on acceleration?

MAP sensor code came up p0108 replaced MAP sensor worked okay for a day or two and doing the same thing again. I'm going to do a vacuum check tomorrow. Anything else you could think of that would be a good idea to check or know of any common problems like this and quick fixes.
