Code error P0141

Sensor is on bank 1 downstream. There is a pinpoint test, but in my experience if it's only one sensor heater code, the sensor heater element has failed. On rare occasion it's a circuit issue, and on super rare occasion it's a module issue. I attached a picture of the location.
