It looks like the ABS module needs to be replaced or maybe the ABS motor 2 relay we can try first.

C1253 - Hydraulic System Malfunction (Pump Motor Relay)

This is an ABS / Brake Actuator related fault. On your LS 460, the brake actuator assembly has an integrated pump motor and relay.

You might able to change out the relay. Here is the location which is on the left side of the engine compartment. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.

Thanks. Are you sure it's not the relay in the bigger fuse box next to it? some people say they replaced the bigger fuse box which has the built in relay within it
