Intermittent start and stall. Sometimes get a little bit of chugging at acceleration. Need to know if it is purge valve. I don't think I'm having issues with the vent because no problems fueling. At a loss here.

Direct Trouble Code*DTC) P0446 does indeed deal with the evaporative emission system (EVAP) of your vehicle. I have included for you in the diagrams down below a factory troubleshooting flowchart that will pin down the exact cause of this DTC for you.
