Code 3100 and 2ABE

please help, my car keeps going into a limp mode even after replacing the map sensors on the car. I have taken the car to the dealership over three times already in less than a month and still nothing positive. Please help.

If it is an intermittent problem and do not produce any trouble code at times, the problem should lie with the wiring or engine control module. Have you tested the wiring for continuity or shorting between the sensor and engine control module?

I took the car BMW dealership i Mt Laurel and they told me it was a faulty sensor (Map sensor bank 2) and all wiring is okay. I had them replaced it and as soon as i took the car on the road i got the message back again. Before it was 310A ,3100 and 2ABE but the 310A code went after the sensor was replaced. now i have the 3100 and 2ABE code left. I just went back to leave the car for them and i am not sure what is happening this time around. These dealers have a bunch of techs who do not know much.

Well, we would have to wait for the outcome of their diagnosis. sometimes there could be more than one problem and the faulty sensor is one of it. Worst case scenario, the faulty sensor could have damaged the Engine Control Module if it was bad and caused internal damage to the ECM, ie if the wiring are not at fault.
