I just bought the car went to have it smogged It runs great motor looks like new, but it did not pass the emissions. Gross polluter. I pulled the code myself it's 27 sub oxygen sensor that's the only code. so should I change the oxygen sensor that's after the catalytic converter? will that fix it or could it be the catalytic converter itself?
