Will try this. i can turn off check engine light with engine running does not come back on while driving, but comes on when restart engine.

If you look at the conditions for running the DTC the engine must be on for the DTC to set. DTC's are usually either 1 trip or 2 trip DTC's. This is a 1 trip DTC.
