Clutch not working after replacing starter

Took slave cylinder off to replace the starter and when I put it back on I had no clutch. I've tried bleeding the line and it's full of fluid but still have no clutch.

When you say the clutch is not working, what exactly is happening? Does the pedal not return or what exactly is the issue?
