Clutch changes gears almost when the clutch pedal is almost let out completely.

Please check the clutch pedal free play and report back.
If you grab the clutch pedal how much travel does it have with no resistance?
The pedal should not travel more than around half an inch before engaging the hydraulic system and feeling resistance.
If you have too much freeplay you can adjust this.
Has this been getting steadily worse?
I have attached a diagram that shows the freeplay measurement.
