Clutch not disengaging

Replace clutch pressure plate an throw out bearing assembly. Bleed system to remove air. Pedal gets too hard to push down to relieve clutch.

Did you check the through out bearing arm pivot? Is the slave cylinder getting full and free movement? can you check these?
