Clutch master cylinder

I just purchased this vehicle and the fluid in the clutch master cylinder reservoir is pretty bad, but i cannot find the bleeder valve to bleed the clutch and get new fluid in.

there is a bleed screw it is on the left hand side by transmission. see picture for instructions on how to do it.
